If your employer offers onsite screening events, scheduling an appointment is the first step toward a quick and easy screening.
In your wellness portal, you can view the screening options that your employer offers.
- Select the Health icon in the navigation bar.
- Click on Select Your Screening Method then select Schedule an Onsite Screening Appointment.
- Select Yes, I would like to proceed to schedule to an appointment to view a list of available events.
- Under the name of the event that you would like to attend, select Click here to choose an appointment.
- Most appointments take about 15 minutes. From the available times, select the option that is best for you and click OK.
- Next to the event name, click on Add to Calendar to download a calendar reminder that can be added to your electronic calendar.
- To change your appointment, click on the pencil icon next to the name of the event.
- To cancel your appointment, click on the X icon next to the appointment time.
For the most accurate results, remember to fast for at least 8 hours prior to your screening and take all prescribed medications. It's also a good idea to stay hydrated with lots of water.
