How do I reset my Health Park password?

You can easily reset your Health Park password if you have an email associated with your account.

 
If you are a returning user and have already created a Health Park account, resetting your password is simple.
  • Go to MyHealthPark.com.
  • Click Log In.
  • Click Forgot Username or Password.
  • Type in your Username and a message will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Please note that Usernames are created based on your employer's unique code and cannot be changed.
  • You can find your Username information in your annual wellness guide and in emails from Sterling Wellness.
