You can easily reset your Health Park password if you have an email associated with your account.
If you are a returning user and have already created a Health Park account, resetting your password is simple.
- Go to MyHealthPark.com.
- Click Log In.
- Click Forgot Username or Password.
- Type in your Username and a message will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Please note that Usernames are created based on your employer's unique code and cannot be changed. If you do not know your Username, you can find it in your annual wellness guide and in emails from Sterling Wellness.
- Click the link in your email to reset your password. After 60 minutes, the link will expire and you will need to request a new one.
- Create a new password and save.
