How do I track my progress to earn rewards?

If your employer offers rewards for participating in the wellness program, you can track your progress in your Health Park portal.

1. Log on to your Health Park portal at MyHealthPark.com.
2. On the Home page, look for the  Track Your Incentive Progress widget to see a quick glance at which components you have completed in your wellness program.
3. A green check mark indicates that you have completed that step, while a red X indicates that it still needs to be completed.
4. To access a detailed list of wellness activities and program components, click the Go button. 
5. On this page, you can use the hyperlinks to get more information or easily complete activities.
6. If your wellness program uses points to track your progress, you can use this page to track your point totals.
