How do I track my wellness incentive progress in my Health Park portal?

If your employer offers rewards for participating in the wellness program, you can track your progress in your Health Park portal.

• Log on to your Health Park portal at MyHealthPark.com.
• On the Home page, you will find a personalized user dashboard with details about the steps you need to complete to earn your wellness rewards.
• On this dashboard you will find a progress bar for easy incentive tracking.
• A green section with a check mark on the progress bar indicates that you have completed that step, while a gray 'X' indicates that step still needs to be completed.

• Hover over the gray question marks located next to each wellness activity to get more information or use the hyperlinks to easily complete activities.

• If your wellness program uses points to track your progress, you can use this page to track your point totals. 

• For more details about your employer's wellness program, you can access a copy of your wellness guide at the top of your home page.
