How do I schedule an onsite health screening appointment in Health Park?

If your employer offers onsite screening events, scheduling an appointment is the first step toward a quick and easy screening.

• On the Home page, select the Health Screenings tile. 

• Click Schedule an Onsite Screening Appointment.

• Select Yes, I would like to proceed in scheduling an appointment to view a list of available events.
• Under the name of the event that you would like to attend, select Click here to choose an appointment.
• Most appointments take about 15 minutes. From the available times, select the option that is best for you and click OK.

Add your appointment to your Calendar

• Next to the event name, click on Add to Calendar to download a calendar reminder that can be added to your electronic calendar.
• To change your appointment, click on the pencil icon next to the name of the event.
• To cancel your appointment, click on the X icon next to the appointment time.
