How do I connect and disconnect my Apple Devices?

Easily sync your Apple device with your Health Park portal to seamlessly track your activity and stay on top of your wellness goals. Follow these simple steps to get connected:

  • First, open the Settings on your iPhone.
  • Next, find and select the Health app.
  • Then, open Data Access and Devices.

  • Next, select  MyWellApp.



  • To connect, simply toggle on the option for Steps. Please allow 24 hours for your data to sync to your Health Park portal. 
  • To disconnect, toggle off the option for Steps.
