      How do I access my lab results?

      Your lab results will be available on the Health page in your Health Park portal within 5-7 business days after your screening.

      Download Screening Results

      • To view or print your lab results, log on to your wellness portal at MyHealthPark.com.
      • Click the Health icon in navigation bar at the top of the page.
      • If you participated in a venipuncture screening, use the dropdown menu to select the date of the screening then click Download Your Lab Results to download a pdf copy of your lab report. 
      • You can also see a quick view of your lab trend in your Lab Results History.
