Creating an account in your Health Park wellness portal is quick and easy.
- Get started by going to MyHealthPark.com.
- Below the login button, select New User? Click here to register.
- Input your Username, Date of Birth, and Gender.
- Usernames are created based on your employer’s unique code and cannot be changed. You can find username information in your wellness guide and in emails from Sterling Wellness.
- Click Lookup Account.
- Follow the steps to review the site terms, create a password, and update your personal profile information.
